Welcome to olx77. By accessing the olx77 website at olx77.club, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a wager, you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision herein, you must immediately cease using the olx77 platform. These Terms & Conditions apply to all products offered by olx77, including the sportsbook, live casino, slots lobby, and esports betting section.

01 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

02 Eligibility

To register and maintain an active Account on the olx77 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuous basis thereafter:

1. You must be a natural person — corporate entities and automated accounts are not permitted.
2. You must be at least 21 years of age. olx77 strictly enforces the 21+ age restriction and will terminate without notice any Account found to be operated by a minor.
3. You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contractual arrangements in your jurisdiction of residence.
4. You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of any employee of olx77 or any of its affiliated entities.
5. You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether voluntary (initiated through your olx77 Account settings) or externally imposed.
6. You must access the Platform using only your own verified payment methods — deposits and withdrawals must originate from and return to accounts registered in your own name.

03 Account Registration

Each User may hold exactly one Account on the olx77 Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts — whether under the same identity, different identities, or using different devices, IP addresses, or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of any outstanding Balance.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate and complete information, including but not limited to:

• Your full legal name as it appears on a government-issued identity document.
• A valid date of birth confirming you are at least 21 years of age.
• A unique, active email address not previously associated with any olx77 Account.
• A valid Indonesian mobile telephone number for account security and OTP verification purposes.
• Your preferred withdrawal bank account or e-wallet details (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, or ShopeePay).

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. olx77 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. Any activity conducted through your Account using your credentials is deemed to be authorized by you. If you suspect unauthorized access to your Account, you must contact olx77 support immediately via live chat.

04 Know Your Customer (KYC)

olx77 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) program as part of its commitment to responsible gaming and platform integrity. KYC verification may be requested at any stage of your Account lifecycle, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or following an unusual pattern of activity.

When requested, you must provide the following documents within 72 hours:

• Proof of Identity: A clear, full-color scan or photograph of your Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), passport, or driver's license (SIM). The document must be valid, unexpired, and show your full name and date of birth clearly.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within 90 days, showing your name and residential address in Indonesia.
• Proof of Payment Method: A screenshot or scan confirming ownership of the bank account or e-wallet used to deposit — for example, a BCA or BRI account statement showing your name and account number.
• Source of Funds: In cases where high-value transactions are identified, olx77 reserves the right to request documentation evidencing the legitimate origin of deposited funds.

Withdrawal requests will be held in a pending state until all required KYC documents have been received and verified to olx77's satisfaction. Accounts that fail to complete KYC within the specified timeframe may be suspended. olx77 will handle all submitted documents in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

05 Deposits

olx77 accepts deposits exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following approved payment methods:

• Bank Transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, Bank Danamon.
• E-Wallet: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja.

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 20.000 for bank transfers and Rp 10.000 for e-wallet transactions. olx77 does not impose a maximum single-deposit limit, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction caps.

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be refunded in full upon discovery, subject to any applicable processing fees. olx77 reserves the right to withhold any winnings generated from funds deposited via a third-party source.

olx77 does not charge any deposit processing fee. Any charges levied by your bank or e-wallet provider are your sole responsibility. olx77 credits your Account with the net amount received after any third-party deductions.

06 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time provided your Account Balance (excluding locked Bonus funds subject to active wagering requirements) equals or exceeds the minimum withdrawal amount of Rp 50.000. Withdrawals are processed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including Indonesian public holidays.

The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

1. Withdrawals must be directed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit — bank transfers must return to the originating bank account; e-wallet withdrawals must return to the originating e-wallet account registered in your name.
2. Your Account must have completed standard KYC verification before any withdrawal is released. First-time withdrawals in particular require full KYC completion.
3. Any active Bonus wagering requirements attached to your Balance must be fully satisfied before Bonus-derived funds become eligible for withdrawal. Real-money funds deposited without a Bonus claim are not subject to wagering requirements and may be withdrawn at any time.
4. olx77 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation for withdrawal amounts exceeding Rp 50.000.000 per transaction or Rp 200.000.000 per calendar month.
5. Withdrawal requests flagged for security review will be processed within 24 hours of clearance. olx77 will notify you via your registered email address if a review is initiated.

olx77 targets a withdrawal processing time of under 2 minutes for standard verified accounts. This is an operational benchmark, not a contractual guarantee. olx77 accepts no liability for delays caused by the recipient bank's or e-wallet provider's own processing timeframes.

07 Bonuses & Promotions

olx77 offers a range of promotional incentives to registered Users, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and seasonal promotions aligned with Indonesian cultural events such as Ramadhan, Idul Fitri, and Indonesian Independence Day. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published on the relevant promotion page at the time of offer, in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this clause.

The following general bonus terms apply to all olx77 promotions unless a specific promotion's terms expressly state otherwise:

• Each promotion is available once per User, per household, per device, and per IP address unless the promotion terms explicitly permit repeated participation.
• Bonus funds are held separately from real-money funds in your Account Balance. Real-money funds are wagered first unless the specific promotion terms provide otherwise.
• Standard wagering requirements range from 5x to 30x the Bonus amount, depending on the promotion type. Wagering requirements must be fulfilled within the validity window specified in the promotion terms (typically 7–30 days from bonus credit).
• Certain game categories may contribute at reduced rates to wagering requirement completion. Live casino games typically contribute 100%; slot games typically contribute 100%; sports bets are subject to minimum odds requirements as specified per promotion. Table games (excluding live dealer tables) may contribute at 10% unless stated otherwise.
• olx77 reserves the right to void any Bonus and associated winnings if it determines that a User has employed bonus abuse strategies, including but not limited to: arbitrage betting, low-risk wagering patterns designed solely to satisfy turnover requirements, or collusion with other Users.
• Bonuses have no cash value and cannot be transferred between Accounts.

08 Betting Rules

All wagers placed on the olx77 sportsbook, esports betting section, live casino, and slots lobby are subject to the product-specific rules published in the relevant section of the Platform. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules for that product. Key general betting rules include:

1. Bet Acceptance: A wager is not confirmed until you receive an on-screen acceptance confirmation. olx77 reserves the right to decline or void any bet placed at odds that were published erroneously due to a technical fault or data feed error.
2. Asian Handicap (voor bola): Asian handicap lines on BRI Liga 1 and other football markets are settled in accordance with the official match result as reported by the relevant league governing body. In the event of a suspended or postponed fixture, bets are void unless the event is completed within 12 hours of the original scheduled kick-off time.
3. Mix Parlay (Accumulator): Mix parlay (accumulator) bets require all individual selections to be settled as wins for the overall bet to win. One voided selection reduces the accumulator by that leg; the remaining legs stand. A mix parlay comprising only one remaining live leg is settled as a single.
4. Live In-Play Betting: In-play odds are updated in real time. olx77 is not liable for any temporary odds delay caused by latency in the data feed. Bets placed during a data feed interruption period may be voided at olx77's discretion.
5. Maximum Payout: The maximum single-transaction payout on any bet or slot win is Rp 500.000.000 per event or session, unless a specific game's published maximum win limit is lower, in which case the lower limit applies.
6. Slot Game Rules: Slot games on the olx77 Platform use certified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology audited by the respective game studio. Published RTP figures are theoretical long-run averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

09 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the olx77 Platform and constitute grounds for immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance, and potential referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Opening or operating more than one Account on the Platform, whether under your own identity or any other identity.
• Depositing funds sourced from criminal activity, fraud, or any other illegal means — olx77 operates a zero-tolerance policy toward money laundering.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other mechanical device to interact with the Platform in a manner not sanctioned by olx77.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or data feed anomalies to place bets at advantageous odds not intentionally offered by olx77.
• Engaging in collusion with other Users to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional terms.
• Attempting to access another User's Account, reverse-engineer the Platform, or interfere with olx77's servers or network infrastructure.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing or sports manipulation in connection with bets placed on the Platform.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the olx77 Platform — including but not limited to the olx77 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, software code, text, and game presentations — is the exclusive intellectual property of olx77 or its licensed content providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft). No User may reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the express written consent of olx77.

Game content supplied by third-party studios remains the intellectual property of the respective studio. olx77 operates as a licensed distributor of such content and does not claim ownership over studio IP. Any disputes regarding game-specific content should be directed to the relevant studio in the first instance, with olx77's support team available to facilitate communication.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, olx77 and its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

1. Any loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, or any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, even if olx77 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
2. Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any of its services, whether caused by scheduled maintenance, technical failure, third-party provider outage, or any force majeure event.
3. Any inaccuracy, delay, or omission in odds, game data, or results information displayed on the Platform that arises from a third-party data feed error.
4. Any unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
5. Any financial loss arising from wagering activity on the Platform. Gambling carries an inherent risk of loss; olx77 does not guarantee any return on wagers placed.

Where liability cannot be entirely excluded under mandatory consumer protection provisions applicable in your jurisdiction, olx77's total aggregate liability to you for any single claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you on the Platform in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Responsible Gaming

olx77 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. The Platform provides the following tools to help Users manage their gambling activity — all accessible at no charge from your Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure automatic on-screen alerts at intervals of your choosing (e.g., every 30, 60, or 120 minutes of active play).
• Cooling-Off Period: Request a temporary Account suspension of between 24 hours and 30 days. During this period, no deposits, bets, or Account logins are permitted.
• Permanent Self-Exclusion: Request permanent closure of your Account. olx77 will action self-exclusion requests within 24 hours of receipt. Re-activation of a permanently self-excluded Account is not permitted.

13 Termination

olx77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Engagement in prohibited conduct as defined in Clause 9.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• Receipt of a voluntary self-exclusion request from the Account holder.

Upon Account termination for any reason other than confirmed fraud or prohibited conduct, olx77 will return any verified real-money Balance (net of outstanding wagering requirement obligations and any bonus funds) to the Account holder via the last verified withdrawal method. Processing of such final balance transfers may take up to 14 business days from the date of termination.

You may also request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting olx77 support via live chat. Accounts closed voluntarily may be re-opened subject to standard KYC re-verification, unless the closure was designated as a permanent self-exclusion.

14 Amendments

olx77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Users via a notification displayed upon next login and/or via the email address registered to their Account, with a minimum of 7 calendar days' notice before the revised terms take effect.

Your continued use of the olx77 Platform following the effective date of any revised Terms & Conditions constitutes your unconditional acceptance of those revisions. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure before the effective date of the changes.

The version number and last-updated date displayed in the page header of this document identify the currently operative version of the Terms & Conditions. Archive versions of prior Terms & Conditions are available upon written request to the olx77 support team.

15 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which olx77 holds its operating license. Each party irrevocably submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any disputes arising under these Terms & Conditions.

olx77 makes no representation that the Platform or any content on it is appropriate for use, or available, in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited. Users accessing the Platform from such jurisdictions do so at their own initiative and risk, and are solely responsible for compliance with applicable local laws.

In the event of any conflict between a translated version of these Terms & Conditions and the English-language version, the English-language version shall prevail in all respects.
